Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Location: Poddar Court, Kolkata

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all legal matters related to ROC compliance such as filing returns, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring adherence to corporate legal formalities.
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Provide legal advice on matters related to corporate law, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in legal research and ensure the organization adheres to applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies regarding legal and compliance matters.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- LLB (Compulsory) from a recognized institution.
- Thorough knowledge or experience in ROC compliance and related corporate law matters is essential.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
