**Job Title**: Corporate Lawyer

**Location**:Santacruz
**Reports To**: Head - Finance & Accounts
**Team Size**: 2+ Members

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Vet and draft commercial agreements including MSA, SOW, L&L, NDA, MOU, SOP, and other contracts.
- Manage vendor and customer KYC processes.
- Ensure compliance with AML, DPA, and GDPR regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain Legal MIS and compliance dashboards.
- Oversee implementation of legal compliance systems.
- Lead and mentor a small team of legal associates.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate legal roles.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- AML Compliance: 2 years (required)
