R-Stone Design and Build Limited is a fast-growing company in the real estate and construction sector. We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Junior Advocate to support our legal department. This role is ideal for a motivated law graduate looking to build practical legal experience in a corporate setting.

Position Summary

The Junior Advocate will assist the in-house legal team in a variety of legal tasks including drafting, research, compliance, and administrative support. This position offers exposure to diverse legal matters and provides a foundation for long-term growth within the legal function.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing basic contracts, legal notices, affidavits, and other legal documents.

Legal Research: Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents as directed by senior counsel.

Documentation: Maintain proper filing and documentation of legal files, agreements, case papers, and correspondence.

Support Litigation: Coordinate with external legal counsel, track court dates, and assist in preparation for hearings or dispute resolution.

Compliance: Help monitor statutory compliance and support internal audit or legal compliance processes.

Administrative Tasks: Manage legal documentation, coordinate appointments, and support day-to-day legal activities.

**Qualifications**:
Education: LLB degree from a recognized law college/university.

Experience: 0-2 years of legal experience (internships or full-time roles).

Licensing: Enrollment with the Bar Council of India (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of contract, civil, and corporate law.

Good drafting and communication skills (written & verbal).

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
