As a part-time corporate lawyer at Techwens, you will play a vital role in providing legal advice and support on various corporate governance matters. This includes entity formation, structuring, and compliance, ensuring that our company operates in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Your responsibilities will also include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of corporate agreements, such as software licensing agreements, service agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and policies. Additionally, you will be tasked with advising on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, to safeguard our technology assets.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to assist in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate transactions within the IT industry. It will be crucial for you to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting IT companies to provide proactive guidance and ensure compliance.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and developers, to address legal issues and mitigate risks. Your ability to conduct legal research and analysis will support strategic decision-making and problem-solving within the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
