**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Conversion**:
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from our product/service portfolio.
- **Pipeline Management**:
- Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information about leads and sales activities.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Proactively follow up with prospects to close deals and build lasting relationships.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to communicate effectively with clients.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with clients.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
