An HVAC Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying customer needs, designing and selling HVAC systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support and project coordination. They may also be involved in preparing quotes, providing technical presentations, and tracking sales performance. Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales**:
- Identifying customer needs and tailoring HVAC solutions.
- Providing technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Developing and managing sales proposals and contracts.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals.
- **Technical Support**:
- Providing technical expertise to customers and sales teams.
- Offering product training and support.
- Collaborating with engineers and installers to ensure successful project implementation.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Managing project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Sales Performance**:
- Tracking sales performance and providing feedback to management.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales leads.
Qualifications:
- **Experience**:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, particularly in sales or engineering roles.
- **Knowledge**:Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Pay: ₹12,585.39 - ₹66,276.29 per month
