So, what’s the job?

You will be our business partner and first point of contact for recruitment across India and Technology globally
You will partner with hiring managers to formulate and deliver a national recruitment strategy to meet recruitment needs and attract the best talent
You will support hiring managers in interviews where required to ensure an equal and fair process
You will support onboarding for new employees as we grow our team in India
You will work to improve existing recruitment processes, developing new and innovative strategies for sourcing future talent

And what are we looking for?

You will be a highly motivated recruitment professional, ideally with an agency recruitment background
You will have experience recruiting technology professionals
You will have strong problem solving and decision-making skills
You’ll have experience using recruitment technologies such as LinkedIn recruiter, HRIS
You will be comfortable working autonomously
