We’re looking for a **skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner** with proven experience. You’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent, supporting Siemens Limited’s growth through strategic and thoughtful recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.**Full-Cycle Recruitment**
- Manage the full hiring process, from intake to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Engage active and passive talent through sourcing, referrals, and digital tools.
- Conduct structured interviews and screenings aligned with role criteria.

**2.**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs.

**3.**Data and Insights**
- Share reports and insights with business leaders to drive data-based decisions.
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and hiring impact.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Proven ability to source, engage, and hire talent across multiple functions
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning and prioritization
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Interest in continuous learning and personal development
