
Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver excellent customer service while troubleshooting queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet performance benchmarks in quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO/Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
