**Duties & accountabilities**
- Build partnerships with key universities/ colleges to market opportunities and hire a diverse pool of talent
- Assist in the planning and logistics for, and attend events on-campus to build the S&P Global brand with student populations
- Fully coordinate assessment days and schedule interviews (in-house/ on campus visits)
- Manage vacancy postings of roles across business/ locations
- Partner with HR specialist team to ensure timely release of offer letters and completion of new hire processing within specified timelines
- Promotion of and adherence to global recruiting processes inclusive of interview and offer process
- Drive process improvement
- Coordinate summer intern activities
- Support the conversion offer process for interns to full time roles
**Required experience**:
- 5-7 yrs of solid experience in a campus recruiting role
- Strong communication skills in order to build relationships with hiring managers and external partners
- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple competing priorities
