Salesforce is currently seeking to hire an experienced campus recruiter to join our Campus hiring team. Campus recruitment helps devise and execute the firm’s entry-level recruiting strategy. You will work closely with the Campus Recruitment team to execute the Intern and Graduate Program in India and increase adoption of this strategic program amongst Managers and Executives. You will have the opportunity to work on hiring the best Interns and Graduates in the market across all of our business units.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will manage ongoing relationships with campus stakeholders
- You will engage, attract and hire top-quality students and graduates across all businesses
- Provide support in planning and executing the campus recruiting initiatives
- Formulate branding and engagement strategy for the region

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in campus recruiting domain
- Strong knowledge of campus hiring landscape in India
- Proven track record as a successful Campus Recruiter within a corporate environment
- Understanding and experience with campus recruitment and academic cycles across India
- Ability to work independently as well as part of global, cross regional teams
- Excellent organisational, project, task and administrative skills
- Be a self-starter and possess strong sense of self-motivation
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation capability
- Preferred knowledge of applicant tracking system - Workday
- Multi tasking abilities
