**Strategic Planning & Execution**
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand and define early career hiring needs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy aligned with the company's talent acquisition goals.
**University Partnerships**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with top universities and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to promote Experian as an employer of choice.
**Talent Attraction & Engagement**
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, info sessions, workshops, and on-campus interviews.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campus recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
**Data & Reporting**
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on campus recruitment activities and outcomes.
**Employer Branding**
- Promote Experian employer brand on campuses through strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Develop and distribute engaging content that highlights the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in campus recruitment or university relations, preferably in a product or tech-focused company.
- Proven track record of successful campus recruitment and university partnership management.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and a commitment to fostering diverse talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
