We have a position for Gem Tender Executive.

Role and Responsibilities:

- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
- To get hands on experience in offline and online tender submission.
- To prepare all documents related to tender submission.
- Uploading / Submitting the Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the online Platform.
- Getting / Procuring Digital Certificates for ONLINE Tenders Participation.
- Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal.
- Preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantees like Bid security and performance Bank guarantees. Meticulously following for getting back the BGs & DDs.
- Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement.
- Active involvement in Coordinating the Site Supervisors & Project Incharge.
- To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission;
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission;
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;
- Taking Approval for Product Publishing & loading on GEM Portal and its complete working up-till payment realization

2 to 4 years of experience required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
