**Job Title**: Tender Executive - GEM Portal (Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry)

**Location**: Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi - 110052 (Near Shalimar Bagh Metro Station, Pink Line, Exit Gate No.5)

**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 (Negotiable)

**Designation**: Tender Executive (Male/Female)

**Experience**: 2 to 4 Years

**Working Hours**: 10 AM - 6 PM (6 Days a Week)

**Industry**: Pharmaceutical/Healthcare

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**:

- Expertise in **offline/online tender filling**, documentation preparation, and submission.
- Manage **bid participation and data management** for government tenders.
- Ensure timely submission of **tender documents** in the required format.
- **GEM Portal & E-Procurement Handling**:

- Hands-on experience with **Government E-Marketplace (GEM) and other e-procurement portals**.
- Update and manage **product/service catalogs** on GEM and other government platforms.
- Stay informed about different **types of tenders and procurement processes**.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Draft letters, agreements, and **tender-related documents** accurately.
- Ensure compliance with **product specifications, pricing, and approval requirements**.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of tender processes.
- **Government Liaison & Coordination**:

- Act as a **contact point for government agencies, channel partners, and internal teams**.
- Develop and maintain relationships with **relevant government departments and authorities**.
- Coordinate with officials and track tender progress.
- **Reporting & Business Development**:

- Work closely with management to **identify new government business opportunities**.
- Prepare **MIS reports and daily documentation updates**.
- Issue **authorization and product approvals** to partners.
- Monitor and update project execution status.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- **Minimum graduate qualification** required.
- Strong **communication, letter drafting, and IT skills**.
- **Prior experience in tendering** within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Proficiency in **MS Word, Excel, and tender specification documentation**.
- Knowledge of **government procurement procedures, bid participation, and data management**.
- Ability to **work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills**.
