Role and Responsibilities:
As a Government Tenders Executive, He /She has:

- To Search, prepare, estimate, submit & coordinate for Online & Offline Tenders.
- To Handle Government and Private Tenders.
- To Upload Bids on GeM & other Portals.
- To Maintain MIS on regular basis.
- To Manage the Tender submission through its entire life cycle.
- To Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the Tender.
- To Handle a high volume of customer enquiries floated under GEM portal.
- To Prepare all Tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid.
- To Submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the GeM & other portals.

- Should know the process of Deletion or Updating of New Product / Specification / Prices on GeM & other portals.
- Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids like Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid and Normal Bid.
- Must be good in MS-Office, Presentations.
- Must have Strong ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.
- Should be willing to attend any pre-bid meetings etc, if required.
- Should have the ability of achieving targets within the time frame.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
