Billing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any billing issues.
Maintain and update billing records
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper billing practices.
Generate reports on billing activities and financial transactions.
Provide support to the finance team as required.
**Requirements**:
an associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a billing or accounting role is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
