Billing Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient **Billing Coordinator** to join our team at **Nymbioz Biotech Pvt Ltd** in **JP Nagar, Bangalore**. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining clear records, and coordinating with both internal teams and clients regarding invoices and payments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate accurate invoices based on sales orders, delivery notes, or contracts.
- Track billing schedules and ensure timely submission to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to verify billing information.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain billing records, documentation, and customer billing data.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client queries professionally.
- Assist with periodic financial reporting related to billing and collections.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification**:B.Com / BBA or equivalent**.
- **1-2 years** of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts coordination.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
