**Billing Coordination**:

- Act as the bridge between Sales and Internal Teams to ensure swift billing once sales are initiated.
- **Dispatch & Delivery Oversight**: Monitor and manage timely dispatches and deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and internal SLAs are met.
- **Shipment & Inventory Management**: Track incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory records, and ensure stock accuracy.
- **Vendor & Cargo Coordination**: Liaise with cargo companies, transporters, and customers to streamline logistics and resolve delivery issues.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain dispatch logs, shipment records, and prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate/ B.Tech/ MBA/ Diploma
- 2 to 6 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Experience in dispatch planning, inventory control, or billing coordination preferred
- Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
