We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to be responsible for our customer portal myInfineon. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy and roadmap for myInfineon, collaborating with stakeholders to understand customer and business needs, prioritizing and enabling requirements to drive business results.

In your new role you will:
**Product Vision and Strategy**:

- Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for our customer portal ‘myInfineon’, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

**Requirement Definition & Prioritization**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer and business needs, and define and prioritize requirements for myInfineon
- Analyse user engagement to quantify business impact, identify optimization opportunities, and inform data-driven decisions

**Product Backlog Management and Value Realization**:

- Enable and update stakeholders by developing and maintaining documentation of processes, procedures, and guidelines for myInfineon services.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding of business needs.Manage day-to-day operations of myInfineon services, including content configuration, user access management, and troubleshooting.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a customer-facing digital platform or a similar industry
- Proven experience in collaborating with stakeholders, including IT, external vendors, and business leaders, to understand customer and business needs.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and principles, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with product backlog management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar platforms, would be an asset.University degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technologies, or a related field. An MBA or a master's degree in a related field would be an asset.
