**Product Owner - SME**:

- Req ID: 54104- Location: Bangalore, INSapiens is on the lookout for a **Product Owner - SME** to become a key player in our Bangalore team. If you're a seasoned Product Owner and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

**Location: Bangalore**

Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.

**What you’ll do**:

- Work as an SME in the implementation of commercial products and processes in the core insurance platform
- Work with Product Management to create and review product requirements, specifications, create concepts, product roadmaps and ensure plans achieve overall business objective and customer vision
- Convert complex business requirement into Epics and User Stories, review stories created by product owners

**What to Have for this position**:
**Must have Skills:

- **
- Total experience of 6-12 years in the Insurance industry
- Expert in commercial products covering Engineering, Marine, Speciality lines.
- Very good understanding of Commercial Lines Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance and Accounting processes.
- Expertise in Subscription Market/ Delegated Authority business transacted through London market.
- Experience in working with Policy Administration platforms like Sapiens IDITSuite, Guidewire, Duck creek, as a business user or as an SME working with technology implementation teams
- Expertise in Insurance industry best practices, leading client workshops to elicit and manage requirements and define logical solutions
- Experience as a business SME with IT teams implementing business requirements into system changes. Contribute development of domain expertise within large technology teams.
- Experience in working with Product Owners & Project Managers to define scope/ feature definition, implementation plans and estimations using Agile methodology.

- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior stakeholders, technology teams and customers.
- Exceptional facilitation, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities
- Certifications like AICPCU, CII - London Market Certification will be an added advantage
