**Job Title**: Chef de Partie (CDP) - Continental Cuisine
**Location**: Gurugram
**Department**: Continental Cuisine
**Reports to**: Sous Chef / Head Chef

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Chef de Partie (Continental)** to join our culinary team. The CDP will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality Continental dishes, ensuring consistency, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes (pastas, grills, sauces, roasts, etc.) to the highest standards.
- Manage a designated kitchen section (hot, cold, grill, etc.) and ensure smooth operations during service.
- Supervise and train commis chefs and kitchen helpers working in your section.
- Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for menu planning and innovation.
- Ensure all mise-en-place is done according to standards and daily prep lists are followed.
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and accurate order execution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as CDP in Continental cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of European/Continental dishes, including sauces, meats, and modern plating.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
- Understanding of food cost control, inventory, and kitchen management.

**Working Hours**:
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**:
20,000 to 25,000
