**Job Title**:Outbound Voice Process Executive (Australian Shift)

**Location**:Hyderabad

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and make calls professionally, addressing customer queries and concerns with patience and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Follow established processes and procedures to meet performance metrics and KPIs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a OUTBOUND or customer service role is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work in a Australian Shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience criteria - 06 Months to 2 years.
- Shift : 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM
