Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products or services
Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for number of calls made and appointments scheduled
Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system
Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Cold Calling Agent or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
