The company is in the process of closing a $1mn funding round & looking forward to high growth over the next few years. **Role Summary**: The presales caller is responsible for dialing and churn leads in the system. He/She is responsible to achieve timely calling targets, maintain turnaround time, and coordinate with the sales team. **Key Deliverables**: Responsible for handling the customer’s inquiry and coordinating with Sales team, Follow-up with customers. Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database. Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computers. **Key Competencies and skills**: Excellent Communication. Financial Acumen CRM familiarity / willingness to learn Highly Energetic and convincing.
