We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general questions.
- Provide information about our hair care products, including their benefits, usage, and availability.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on product and services knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
