Sales Officer (Hindi Fluency)

As a Sales Officer with proficiency in Hindi, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be Tele-calling prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our range of commercial kitchen equipment. Your fluency in Hindi will enable you to engage with potential customers more efficiently, especially those who prefer communicating in the language.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest or shown potential to benefit from our products. Additionally, handle inbound inquiries from customers seeking information about our equipment.

2. Sales Pitch: Present our commercial kitchen equipment in a compelling manner, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to meet the customer's requirements effectively.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth and market presence.

5. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio to address customer queries accurately and recommend suitable solutions to meet their specific needs.

6. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the market.

7. Language Skills: In addition to Hindi fluency, proficiency in other regional languages will be an added advantage, enabling you to cater to a wider customer base effectively.

8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of telecalling activities, sales, and customer interactions in our system, providing regular reports to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the commercial kitchen equipment industry, is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills in Hindi, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- Proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and convert leads into customers.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
