Office Executive

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic back-office executive to join our growing team. As an office executive, you will be performing duties that can vary between Front Office and Back Office; and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, handling processing, market research, handling brand positions online, documentation, and administrative duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Performing market research.
- Gathering and processing research data.
- Performing basic admin duties including printing, and ordering office supplies
- Assisting with the sales through telecalling and scheduling new meetings.
- Lead generation and online brand activities.
- Processing company receipts, quotations, invoices, and bills.
- Assisting and supporting management processes.
**Requirements**:
- Business administration or similar field knowledge and experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and social media tools.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with market research techniques.
**Job Location**: Naroda, Ahmedabad (office presence required, can be hybrid sometimes)
