**Responsibilities**:

- Call the leads that come from the company's campaign, which it provides.
- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand.
- Listen attentively to customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about products or services to customers.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and address any problems or complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Adhere to company protocols and guidelines while following established procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
- Handle calls calmly and maintain a professional demeanour, even in challenging situations.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Previous experience in data maintenance using spreadsheets, order management systems, or similar tools is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
