Track the effectiveness of field campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular reports on field activities, including market insights, customer feedback, and campaign outcomes. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies based on field observations. Field Sales Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute the company’s sales strategy in the field, focusing on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Identify sales opportunities within the assigned territory and develop plans to capitalize on them. Client Acquisition: Approach potential clients in person to present the company's products and services, focusing on converting leads into sales. Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts with new clients. Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s fire safety products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, including client interactions, sales figures, and market trends. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies and improve overall performance. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns and strategies. Share insights from the field to help shape future marketing initiatives. Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Proactively identify and address challenges in meeting sales goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
