**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for expansion across different business models.
- Expansion Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective business strategies that support the company’s growth plans. This includes identifying high-potential locations and markets for expansion.
- Investor Relations:

- Proactively build relationships with potential investors. Prepare and present compelling business proposals to secure funding for expansion projects.
- Site Selection & Location Analysis:

- Evaluate and recommend new locations based on market conditions, demographics, and business potential. Lead the site selection process, ensuring optimal locations for growth.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:

- Work closely with management, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans.
- Partnerships & Networking:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, government officials, and local business leaders to facilitate market entry and expansion.
- Performance Tracking:

- Monitor the performance of expansion initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to ensure goals are being met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in business development, expansion strategies, or market research.
- Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities.
- Strong experience in conducting market research and analysing data to support decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage investors and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends across different business models.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as required to evaluate potential expansion locations and meet with investors.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
