Buffing and Fettling Operator

Operate buffing and fettling tools such as grinders, pneumatic tools, and polishing machines.
- Remove flash, burrs, excess metal, and sharp edges from castings or metal parts.
- Perform surface finishing and ensure components meet visual and dimensional standards.
- Inspect parts visually for surface defects like cracks, blowholes, or undercuts.
- Handle tools and components safely while following prescribed work methods.
- Maintain equipment and tools in clean and working condition.
- Adhere to daily production targets, report completed work and any non-conformities.
- Ensure 5S and cleanliness in the work area.
- Follow all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Communicate issues like tool wear, equipment breakdowns, or part defects to supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
