Production Supervisors - Assembly, Grinding and buffing
The Buffing Assembly Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the buffing and assembly section of the production floor. This includes ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing team performance, and improving process efficiency.
Key Responsilbilty:
Assemble mechnical or metal componts as per diagram or instrution.
Ensure Buff and polish parts to achieve smooth finishes, using appropriate tools and componds
Inspect finished parts for conformance to quality standards.
Perform minor maintance and cleaining of tools and work areas.
Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment at all times
Accurately record production and quality data as required.
Collaborate with team members and report any issues or defects to supervisors.
**Requirements**:
Bachelors in engineering.
Prior Experience in assembly, grinding and buffing prefered but not required.
ability to read and understand technical drawing and instrution.
Familiarty with hand tools, power tools, grinders and buffing equipments.
Strong attention to details and manual dexterity.
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift materials.
Salary : Gross: 30K - 32K
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
