**Position: Supervisor - LPDC**

**Location: Pune**

**Requisites**:

- BE/DME/Graduate/ITI/12th
- 3- 5 years of experience
- Must have process knowledge of LPDC
- Positive attitude and Leadership Quality
- Must have hands on experience on advance excel.
- Knowledge from Manufacturing Industry,
- Able to work in shifts
- Knowledge of Operating, Setting, QMS

**Responsibilities**:

- To plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production.
- Man power planning and handling in the shift.
- Must be able to understand WI, Critical, Major & Minor parameters of Product.
- Process Control as per documented procedures.
- Appropriate implementation of process changes & maintains the record of implementation.
- To follow up "5S", Kaizen on shop floor and "SAFETY NORMS" being followed during their shift.
