Operations Manager

We are Hiring for Operations Manager for our Retread Manufacturing Industries in Pune.
We need a candidate who has worked in a Tyre Rubber Polymer Industrial Rubber Products as a Operations Manager taking care of the Branch Operations Sales and Marketing Production ETC.
Experience in a retreading industry will be an added advantage.
Exposure to basic process of retreading like buffing, skiving, cementing, repairing, tread preparation etc is preferable.
Location - Pune
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for overall operations of the Branch ensuring efficient and effective
management.
2.Setting and achieving Branch targets, sales goals and profitable objectives.
3.Should lead and mentor a team of sales, customer service and operation staff.
4.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and legal regulations
5.Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, and conduct performance evaluations
6.Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
7.Monitor and report on branch performance to higher management, including sales results,
customer satisfaction, and overall branch activity
8.Coordinate with other branches and the companys head office
9.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business
opportunities
10.Manage branch budget and allocate resources efficiently
