**Designation - Motion Graphic Designer**

**Experience - 2 to 3 yrs**

**Location - Kothrud,Pune**

**Job Description**:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of visual assets

including but not limited to: social media graphics, infographics,

posters, brochures, reports, animations, and videos.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and effectively

communicates key messages
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to

continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual

communications
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a

fast-paced environment
- Support other team members with design-related tasks as needed
- Testing graphics across various media
- you will be responsible for producing compelling visual content that

effectively communicates our mission and engages our audience
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on

brand.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (core draw, Canva, Illustrator,

Photoshop, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and an

understanding of design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to

effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive

and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively.
