Customer Success Associate

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences? SalarySe is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. This role requires working directly from the client's location, ensuring seamless support and engagement.
**What You'll Do**:
- Manage and nurture key client relationships
- Travel to client locations as needed for product launches
- Be the primary contact for client queries and issue resolution
- Assist in launching partner programs and initiatives Present insights and updates with confidence and professionalism
**What we are looking for**:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields (banking, insurance, credit card, or FinTech experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi
- A graduate degree in a relevant field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle client queries efficiently
- Willingness to travel to client locations
