**Responsibilities**:
TEEG India are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Instructiona; Designer to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team and play a pivotal role This role will also involve high volume travel.

**In addition, you will be responsible for**:

- Developing and leading innovative training initiatives to enhance team member’s competencies, aligning with TEEG’s organisational goals.
- Set the direction and strategise objectives for our Play ‘n’ Learn brand, working closely with onsite and offsite team members.
- Embracing the challenges of managing, coordinating, developing, and promoting training plans and career growth plans for the wider teams across India and Indonesia.
- Working closely with the L&D Specialists, conducting analysis needs and managing the development of bespoke training in our internal systems.
- Monitoring and evaluating learning programs effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Supporting career planning and encouraging training through engaging internal communications.
- Providing guidance and assistance to Field Trainers and internal venue teams across India and Indonesia.
- Actively contributing to training and strategy sessions, meetings, and events.
- Advocating for a culture of continuous learning and development through partnering with venues and team members across the organisation, and making it fun
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders to ensure teams are compliant with requirements and obligations around internal and external training.

Skills and Experience
Reporting into the General Manager, this role is paramount to the People & Culture team and for ensuring our team members are spreading happiness and creating memorable guest experiences
This role is also central to creating stimulating, and challenging training objectives to upskill whilst fostering a culture of learning for our REAL, OBSESSED and FUN team members.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience within L&D, designing learning modules within an hospitality or entertainment industry (desired).
- Prior experience facilitating training, managing training project budgets, and ensuring successful learning program implementation.
- Strong experience creating and implementing instructional design.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to implement new strategies.
- Eagerness to understand the Kid's brand and explore L&D insights.
- Creativity and capability to design eLearning modules.
- Ability to interact and partner with internal and external stakeholders for corporate solutions and to ensure successful designs of blended training.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
- A passion for the Learning & Development space
