will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning

experts, educators, and other stakeholders to analyze learning needs, design instructional materials,

and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.

strategies.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in instructional design, educational

effectiveness of online learning programs.

a) Essential

Qualifications & Requisite

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Software or IT stream

Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience designing and developing interactive e-learning

content using Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360 Storyline.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning

theory, and pedagogical best practices.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and

SCORM/AICC standards for e-learning content integration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to

stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in

instructional design and educational technology.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality,

learner-centred solutions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
