**WORK TIMINGS **:10 am to 7 pm

**OTHER CRITERIA **:MAXIMUM AGE: 33-35

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development,
or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in content design and development projects
within large organizations.
- Proficiency in using various AI tools to enhance instructional design and development.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including content, presentations,
schematics, and visual representations of L&D solutions.

- Create blueprints and design schematics for L&D solutions, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals and learner needs.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance the design and development process, creating innovative and
efficient learning solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor content to specific audiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
