**Position Overview**:
This role requires a proactive individual who can manage project progression, ensure timely delivery to clients, and coordinate with a team of professionals to create high-quality educational materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Management: Oversee the entire project life cycle, ensuring that projects progress smoothly from conception to delivery. Create and manage project timelines, setting clear milestones and deadlines to achieve timely delivery to clients.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and reach out to skilled individuals, experts, or talent who may be required to contribute to the development of e-learning content. Build a network of professionals in various domains to ensure access to diverse expertise.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of instructional designers and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality e-learning content.
- Budget and Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor and track project timelines, making adjustments as needed to meet deliverable deadlines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with SMEs, team members, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in talent acquisition and building professional networks.
- Proficiency in project management tools and e-learning development software.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year
