**JOB SUMMARY**:
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Financial Record Keeping**: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly to ensure accuracy.
- **Financial Reporting**: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Present financial reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- **Tax Compliance**: Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and other applicable tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to support business planning.
- **Audit Support**: Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits. Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and readily available for auditors.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- **Compliance & Controls**: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls. Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary changes to accounting practices.
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP.
- Strong understanding accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
