**Job Title**: MIS Executive (Accounts)

**Location**: Okhla Phase 3

**Department**: Finance & Accounts

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MIS Reporting**:

- Design and generate comprehensive MIS reports that track key accounting metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop dashboards that provide visual insights into financial performance for management review.
- **Data Management**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to prepare detailed reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in all reporting systems.
- **Accounting Support**:

- Assist in processing accounting entries, including journal entries, and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure all reports adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and reporting practices.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments to gather necessary data for reporting and analysis.
- Support management in strategic planning and performance assessments through data-driven insights.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in MIS reporting and accounting functions.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.
- Experience in data mining and advanced Excel techniques.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
