**Key Responsibilities**_
- _**Data Management**_:_ Collect, analyze, and interpret data from logistics operations, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for reporting.
- _**MIS Reporting**_: _Generate and maintain regular operational reports and dashboards related to shipment tracking, inventory levels, delivery schedules, and warehouse efficiency.
- _**Database Maintenance**_:_ Ensure the integrity of logistics databases by updating records, conducting regular audits, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- _**Support Decision-Making**_: _Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to provide data-driven recommendations that improve delivery timelines and warehouse management.
- _**Process Optimization**_:_ Suggest and implement improvements to existing MIS processes for better data tracking and reporting in logistics operations.
- _**Automation**_:_ Explore opportunities for automating data entry and report generation processes to increase efficiency.
- _**Technical Skills**_:_
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with logistics management systems and software is an added advantage.
- Experience with SQL, MS Access, or other database management tools.
- _**Analytical Skills**_: _Ability to handle large datasets, identify patterns, and present insights clearly.
- _**Problem-Solving**_:_ Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- **Communication Skills**_:_ Good verbal and written communication for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- **Experience: 6 months - 1 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.**_

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
