We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive with 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our team. The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making processes within the organization. Also knowledge of Advanced Excel & google sheets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Data Collection and Compilation**:

- Gather and compile data from various sources within the organization.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data collection.

**2.Data Analysis**:

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required by management.

**3.Database Management**:

- Maintain and update the MIS database to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement data storage and retrieval processes.

**4.Report Generation**:

- Generate periodic reports and performance metrics for various departments.
- Automate report generation processes whenever possible.

**5.Communication**:

- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements.
- Present findings and insights to management and other stakeholders.

**6.Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

**7.Data Security**:

- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Comply with data protection and privacy regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and Google sheets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
