Oversee and manage recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes for India and the UK.

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant who will play a crucial role in assisting with the recruitment in India and Internationally. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the recruitment processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of the recruitment operations function.

Key Responsibilities
- Ideas for implement strategic initiatives to enhance the recruitment processes and optimize operational efficiency.
- Bring fresh ideas and avenues to our current recruit style, Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships.

**Required Qualifications**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good English Verbal and written.

Proven track record of recruitment.

Proficiency in recruitment technology, competent in the Microsoft suite, using not only indeed software but also social media business platforms such as linkedin and X (formally known as twitter) google search engine or simular for R and D

Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment operations with organizational objectives.

Minimum of 4-years’ experience with recruiting internationally

Monthly Salary ₹17,452 depending on experience.

Pay: ₹17,452.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
