**Job Summary**:
**Role: - Recruiter**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Resume Shortlisting**:

- **Telephone Interviews**:

- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the senior recruiter.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- **Onboarding Process**:

- Assist in completing the onboarding process for new hires in collaboration with the senior recruiter.
- Prepare onboarding materials and ensure new employees have a smooth transition.
- Conduct orientation sessions and address any onboarding-related queries.
- **Resume Writing Support**:

- Ensure resumes are tailored to job descriptions and highlight key qualifications.
- Assist in the creation of professional and impactful resumes for internal and external use.
- **Communication**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong resume screening and shortlisting skills.
- Experience in onboarding processes and employee orientation.
- Excellent resume writing and editing skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

**Competencies**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in reviewing resumes and conducting screenings.
- **Organizational Skills**: Efficient in managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- **Problem-Solving**: Capable of addressing recruitment challenges and providing solutions.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay: ₹10,875.70 - ₹20,000.00 per month
