**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Selection**:
**-**Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

**Performance Management**:
**-**Establish and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and set goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement employee development plans.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and benefits enrollment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.

**Compliance**:

- Manage employee records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address potential compliance issues.

**Qualifications**:
**-**Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
