We’re currently in the prototyping phase, building our MVP that integrates smart switches, plugs, and doorbells into one hybrid ecosystem. **The Opportunity**

We’re searching for a passionate **Co-Founder & CTO** who is ready to take full technical leadership **after the MVP launch**. You’ll be the key technical architect driving our platform forward as we transition from prototype to scalable product. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to join a startup not just for a job — but for **real ownership and impact**.

**What You’ll Get**
- **Title**: Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- **Equity**:5% profit share** of the company (not stock options — actual profit participation)
- **Salary**: ₹1,40,000/month (effective **after MVP launch in 8 months**)
- **Leadership**: Full control of the technology roadmap and engineering operations
- **Visionary Role**: Join as a **founding team member** influencing product, fundraising, and strategy

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and scale Evolock’s tech architecture post-MVP
- Lead development of cloud, firmware, and mobile components (Matter over Thread, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Hire and manage an engineering team as we grow
- Collaborate on product features, UX decisions, and market adaptations
- Ensure robust cybersecurity, CI/CD pipelines, and system stability
- Represent Evolock’s tech in investor meetings and partner integrations

**Our Current Stack (Post-MVP Vision)**
- **Hardware**: Matter over Thread + Wi-Fi hybrid modules
- **Firmware**: Embedded C/C++, Zephyr RTOS, ESP-IDF
- **Connectivity**: Thread, BLE, Wi-Fi, Matter Protocol
- **Cloud & Backend**: AWS IoT Core, Lambda, Node.js
- **Mobile App**: Flutter (cross-platform), Firebase for testing
- **DevOps**: GitHub Actions, Docker, OTA infrastructure, Secure Boot

**We’re Looking For Someone Who...**
- Has experience building full-stack IoT systems (embedded + cloud + app)
- Understands the product development cycle from MVP to market launch
- Is deeply familiar with embedded systems, RTOS, IoT security, and wireless protocols
- Has strong leadership and communication skills
- Wants to take real ownership and build for the long term
- Is comfortable with a **deferred salary model** during pre-revenue stage
