Job description for Co-Founder and Medical Doctor About Us: We are building a next-generation, tech-enabled primary care clinic in Chennai that integrates advanced diagnostics, AI-powered consultation tools, and holistic wellness services. Our mission is to redefine the patient experience with quality, convenience, and innovation at the core. As we gear up for launch, we’re looking for a dynamic Medical Doctor with entrepreneurial drive to join as Co-Founder. This role is ideal for someone who not only wants to practice medicine but also shape and scale a high-impact healthcare venture. Role Overview: As the Co-Founder & Medical Doctor, you will oversee clinical operations, define medical protocols, and play a key strategic role in growing the clinic. You’ll also invest ₹50 lakhs in the business and receive an equity stake, giving you ownership in the venture you help build. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day clinical operations and patient care excellence. Design clinical workflows, protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance. Build, manage, and mentor the medical team. Contribute to business development, growth strategy, and marketing efforts. Integrate AI and digital tools into patient care delivery. Engage in fundraising, partnerships, and expansion planning. Preferred Qualifications: MBBS (required); MD/DNB or specialization preferred. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in private practice or clinic leadership. Experience in clinic ownership/management is a strong plus. Demonstrated business acumen and interest in entrepreneurship or healthcare innovation. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Willingness to invest ₹50 lakhs as a co-founder and take active operational responsibility. What We Offer: Co-Founder status with meaningful equity in a scalable healthcare venture.
