We are a 4-year-old startup looking for a passionate and driven Co-Founder to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a business-savvy professional to partner with us and lead the growth of our IT projects and overall business operations—without any financial investment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, acquire, and secure new IT projects and clients for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Manage business operations and coordinate between clients and the technical team.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and explore new business opportunities.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to align on vision, goals, and execution.
- Oversee project delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within IT or technology sectors.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing startups.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
